Our ACUs are made to Mil-Specs for construction, fit and materials. They are assembled in Honduras, Florida and other plants, including Puerto Rico. We do not include the GLINT tape because of export restrictions. The Tru-Spec ACUs we buy are commercial production and are not made under a US Government contract with all of the typical regulations. They do not carry contract type labels, which would be unethical. We do not supply Certificates of Compliance as required by the Government as part of the normal contracting process. We can't call them military issue Authorized for Wear because they do not have contractor NSN and Contract labels that Commands require. A Commander may make allowances in the interest of being clothed, and possibly ignore the non-contract labeling. There are no short-cuts or foreign components used in these products. They are every bit as good or better than many contractor made garments. As always, the choice is with the customer. We don't conceal the truth and we stand behind our products fully.
